At SL Raw Virgin Hair, we are committed to transparent, reliable service. This policy outlines everything you need to know about when your order will ship, how long delivery takes, and what to expect during peak periods or for made-to-order items.

Shipping FAQs

When will my international order ship?

Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST (Standard) or 12:00 PM EST (Express) are eligible to begin processing that same business day.

  • Processing time is 1–2 business days for all orders. Shipping begins once processing is complete.
  • Orders placed after cutoff times will begin processing the next business day.
  • We ship Monday–Friday only. No shipments or deliveries occur on weekends or U.S. holidays.
  • Worldwide Express shipping delivers in 1–3 business days after your order ships.

Example: If you place an Express order on Wednesday at 2:54 PM EST, it begins processing Thursday and ships by Friday. Delivery is 1-3 business days after shipping.

A few collections may require 2 business days for processing before shipping:

How long does international delivery take?

Which shipping carriers do you use for international orders?

We currently ship internationally through UPS and other trusted carriers.

Shipping availability is determined automatically at checkout based on your delivery address. If your country is supported, shipping options will appear during the checkout process.

What counts as a business day, and when should I place my order?

  • Business days = Monday through Friday (excluding U.S. holidays)
  • No shipping or delivery on weekends

Shipping Cutoff Times:

  • Standard: 3:00 PM EST
  • Express: 12:00 PM EST

Example: If you place an Worldwide Express order after 3:00 PM EST on Wednesday, it will ship Thursday. Weekend delivery is not guaranteed.

Do you ship to my country?

We currently ship to select countries and regions worldwide. If your country appears at checkout, we are able to ship there.

We currently ship to: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Cocos (Keeling) Islands, Israel, Thailand, Greenland, Angola, Cape Verde, Liberia, South Africa, Anguilla, Antigua & Barbuda, Aruba, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Costa Rica, Haiti, Honduras, Jamaica, Panama, Trinidad & Tobago, Turks & Caicos Islands, U.S. Outlying Islands, Argentina, Bolivia, Caribbean Netherlands, Colombia, Peru, New Zealand, Mexico, and Georgia.

At this time, we do not ship to countries within the EU/EEA market or Switzerland. If your country does not appear at checkout, we are currently unable to ship there.

How long will it take to receive a pre-order or custom hair item?

Pre-Order Items (I-Tips, Wefts, Tape-ins):

  • Processing Time: 10–14 business days
  • Then shipped via selected shipping method
  • Estimated arrival date shown via tracking details

Made-to-Order Wigs:

  • Processing Time: 21–30 business days
  • During holidays or backorders: Up to 45 business days
  • These items are final sale and will ship when ready.

How much does international shipping cost, and who pays customs fees?

International Orders:
Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for their own shipping costs, which vary by destination. You will see all available shipping options and rates at checkout.

Carrier Responsibility:
All shipments are FOB (Free on Board), meaning ownership and responsibility transfer to the customer once the package leaves our warehouse in Las Vegas, NV. While we cannot guarantee the performance of third-party carriers, we’re happy to assist with any claims or delivery issues that may arise.

Why don’t I see my country as a shipping option at checkout?

If your country isn’t available as a shipping option during checkout, it likely means we do not currently ship to your location. This may be due to:

  • Excessively high import duties or customs clearance fees.
  • Limited courier coverage or elevated international shipping costs in region.

Order Processing Times

Most international orders are processed within 1–2 business days before shipping begins.

Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST for Standard shipping methods, or before 12:00 PM EST for Express shipping methods, are eligible to begin processing that same business day.

Orders placed after the cutoff time will begin processing the next business day. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

During major sales, holidays, high-volume periods, or payment review, processing may take slightly longer.

For custom orders, made-to-order items, or pre-order hair, additional processing time may apply before your selected shipping method begins.

Shipping Rates & Fees

International customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and preferred delivery method.

We offer flat-rate shipping options for lighter-weight international orders from 0 oz – 16 oz to simplify your checkout experience.

Economy International

  • Estimated Delivery: Approx. 6–18 business days
  • Flat Rate: $35 USD
  • Eligible Order Weight: 0 oz – 16 oz

Canada

  • Estimated Delivery: Approx. 6–12 business days
  • Flat Rate: $25 USD
  • Eligible Order Weight: 0 oz – 16 oz

For other eligible countries and regions, shipping rates may vary and will be calculated at checkout. If your region is not available at checkout, we are currently unable to ship there.

Please note: Shipping upgrades, third-party courier fees, customs fees, duties, VAT, and taxes are non-refundable.

Customs Duties, VAT & Import Taxes

All international orders ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) from the United States.

Duties, taxes, tariffs, VAT, and customs clearance fees are not included in your order total. These charges are set by your local government and must be paid by the recipient before delivery can be completed.

SL Raw Virgin Hair does not collect, control, reimburse, or refund customs-related fees.

Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

You will receive a tracking email once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to activate.

Most packages do not require a signature unless Signature Confirmation is selected at checkout or added by SL Raw Virgin Hair at our discretion.

Final delivery may be handled by your country’s local postal or courier service. Delivery location decisions, such as mailbox, doorstep, mailroom, or parcel locker delivery, are made at the courier’s discretion.

If you have experienced package theft or misdelivery, we highly recommend shipping to a secure location such as a work address, mailroom, or parcel locker.

Delivered But Not Received

If your tracking number shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:

  1. Contact your local courier directly using the tracking number provided.
  2. Ask whether the package was left in a specific location, such as a mailbox, porch, building office, mailroom, or parcel locker.
  3. Check with neighbors, mailrooms, reception desks, or other secure delivery areas.
  4. Email us at info@slrawvirginhair.com so we can document the incident.

SL Raw Virgin Hair is not liable for packages that show confirmed delivery by the carrier but are lost, stolen, or misdelivered after being marked delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Address Accuracy & Corrections

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information at checkout. Please review all details carefully before placing your order.

If you need to update your address, email info@slrawvirginhair.com immediately. We will try our best to update your order, but we cannot guarantee changes once your order enters processing.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, unpaid customs fees, or refusal by the recipient, the customer is responsible for any return shipping charges incurred.

Returned packages will not be automatically reshipped. A new order must be placed to receive the items again.

Once the returned package is received in unused, original condition, you may be eligible for store credit only at our discretion. A 50% restocking fee will apply. Shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

Express shipping fees and upgraded shipping fees are non-refundable if the package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, customs refusal, or non-payment of duties.

Military Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)

We ship to military addresses via USPS. Once received at the base, final delivery is handled by the military mail system. Delivery to APO/FPO/DPO destinations may take 15–20 business days or longer.

Things to Know Before You Order Internationally

Customs Delays & Duties

SL Raw Virgin Hair is not responsible for shipping delays, delivery holds, package rejections, or returned shipments caused by unpaid customs duties, taxes, customs inspections, local courier delays, or incorrect delivery addresses.

Final Sale & Return Limitations

International orders may be final sale or subject to limited return eligibility depending on the item purchased. Custom orders, pre-orders, made-to-order wigs, and items marked final sale cannot be canceled, exchanged, or returned once processing begins.

If an international order is eligible for store credit, the item must be returned unused, unaltered, and within our approved return window. Shipping costs, duties, taxes, customs fees, and courier fees are non-refundable. A restocking fee may apply.

Shipping Surcharges

In some eligible regions, additional shipping fees may apply due to remote location surcharges, oversized packages, carrier restrictions, or updated courier rates. If this applies to your order before shipment, we will notify you before processing continues.

Refused or Abandoned International Orders

If you refuse delivery or fail to pay required customs duties, your order may be returned to us or abandoned by the courier. In these cases, shipping costs, customs fees, duties, VAT, taxes, and courier fees are non-refundable.

You may be eligible for store credit only, minus a 50% restocking fee, if the package is returned to us in its original, unused condition.

Language of Record

This policy is written in English. In the event of translation discrepancies, the English version will take precedence.
