We are pleased to accommodate returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery on all hair extensions that have not been opened, worn, nor tampered with in anyway. All of returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a SL Raw Virgin Hair E-gift card. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your SL Raw Virgin Hair purchase, and you would like to return/exchange we will be more than willing to process as via store credit within 30 days of delivery. You must provide picture proof of unused items before starting return. (Not applicable for sales items/custom orders)
Returns on sales items are ALL SALES ITEMS FINAL. Hair Tools & Accessories are FINAL SALE.
What is a Sales Item?
Any product that was not paid in full amount within the SL Raw Virgin Hair store is consider a sales item. If you used a promo code at checkout that constitutes for a sales item. If you selected items that were on clearance, had an instant saver, BOGO, Bundle Deals, Mobile App Offer, or you took advantage of any promotional deal offered by SL Raw Virgin Hair, your items fall under sales items and are not eligible for return/exchange. All Semi-Annual Promotion sales are final and non-returnable.
Please Note: It is the your responsibility to check your items upon receiving. If you feel you have received damaged, defective, or incorrect items you must report to us within 2 Days of delivery - Once you open hair and install your hair extensions, you are no longer eligible for a return/exchange/refund.
EXCHANGES ARE EASY
Need a different length or texture? Our exchange process is quick and easy. Ship back your most recent order from SL Raw Virgin Hair, let us know what you'd like in exchange and we’ll get you set up with a new order.
If you are returning/exchanging your order, you will be responsible for your own return shipping costs. All of exchanges are refunded via store credit in the form of a SL Raw Virgin Hair E-gift card. The shipping label amount will be either deducted from your total refund or we will invoice you the shipping cost if your balance exceeds the exchange item cost. If you are using your own shipping label, we recommend that you send your package with tracking included as we cannot take responsibility for lost returns.
You will get your E-gift card via email for your exchange after we have inspected and finished your return. You may begin purchasing for the items you want to exchange on www.slrawvirginhair.com once you've received your e-gift card.
Store Credits and Exchanges are ONLY for SL Raw Virgin Hair products that have NOT been worn, unwrapped, nor tampered with in anyway! The products must be returned within thirty (30) days of the date that you received your order.
|Our Return/Exchange Process
|- SL Raw Virgin Hair online returns portal can only be used to return items purchased online at www.slrawvirginhair.com.
|- All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code
|- You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s). Must provide tracking number for all unused return items.
|- Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.
|- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, accessories) with tags attached.
|- Sample items, Discounted, & Sale Items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned for store credit.
|- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of delivery.
|- Restock fee of $20 will be applied to all returns.
|- Purchases on layaway or Buy now, Pay later items are not eligible for returns.
|- Orders placed using PayPal as payment will be refunded to a physical Sl RawVirgin Hair E-gift card at the time of their return.
|- Return drop-offs are not accepted at our corporate office.
|- SL Raw Virgin Hair is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
|- Must allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received by our Distribution Center.
|- Wig Orders are considered custom order which makes wigs a final sale item. In most cases, SL Raw Virgin Hair wigs are ready for shipment. However, if we are on backorder - Processing times for wigs can take up to 25 business days. During major holidays, processing times for wigs can take up to 35 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends and/or major holidays
|- Microbeads, Combs/Brushes, & Satin Bonnets are NOT Eligible for Returns.
Paypal Order Returns?
Orders placed using PayPal as payment will be refunded to a physical Sl RawVirgin Hair E-gift card at the time of their return.
Eligibility for Return?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging. Items must have been paid in full on the date of purchase to be eligible for a return. Must be within 30 days of delivery. Store credit cannot be converted into cash. Excludes custom orders and special orders.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: If we cancel your order you will be charged the processing fee from your total amount - Klarna fee 8%, Credit card/Debit fee $20, and Paypal fee 5%

Exempt from Returns
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Due to the sanitary and hygiene nature of these products are not eligible for returns Combs/Brushes/Clips, Satin scarf/Bonnets, Micro-beads 200counts, and Wigs (lace fronts wig, lace closure wig, lace wig..etc.)
Additional non-returnable items:
Wigs (lace fronts wig, lace closure wig, lace wig..etc.)
Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)Book with obvious signs of use CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been openedAny item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our errorAny item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be refunded nor applied store credit/ e-gift.
Pre-orders are not eligible for returns. When placing a pre-order, customers are required to make an informed decision regarding the product. Customers must carefully review all item details and production time prior to checking out as by doing so they agree to adhere strictly to this return policy agreement. Therefore it is important for customers to take into consideration that these special orders or custom orders made through pre-orders cannot be returned after purchase.
Returned-to-Sender & Refused Packages
When you order (an item of merchandise) before it is available, with the understanding that it will be shipped at a later time.
Returned-to-Sender or Refused packages will be restocked and you will be issued store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card minus the restock initial shipping charge.
We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed in our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery.
We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "hair switching;"
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving altered, washed, damaged, or missing items; or
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
- More than 4 returns within a calendar year is excessive.
Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
Non-SL Raw Virgin Hair items sent to our Warehouse Center will be discarded upon receipt.
Refunds (only if applicable)
Refunds are determined on a case-by-case basis. Once you've returned your purchase, we'll send you an email to let you know we received it. We will also inform you whether or not your refund was approved or rejected. In most situations, you should anticipate to receive your refund as an e-gift card. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain period of days, depending on if applicable.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (only if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
