At SL Raw Virgin Hair, we are committed to transparent, reliable service. This policy outlines everything you need to know about when your order will ship, how long delivery takes, and what to expect during peak periods or for made-to-order items.

When Will My Order Ship?

Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST for Standard shipping or 12:00 PM EST for Express shipping are eligible to begin processing that same business day.

  • Processing time is 1–2 business days for all orders. Shipping begins once processing is complete.
  • Orders placed after cutoff times will begin processing the next business day.
  • We ship Monday–Friday only. No shipments or deliveries occur on weekends or U.S. holidays.
  • Express shipping delivers in 1–2 business days after your order ships.

Example: Place an Express order Wednesday at 2:54 PM EST → Begins processing Thursday → Ships by Friday → Delivered 1–2 business days after shipping.

Exceptions: A few collections may require 2 business days for processing before shipping:

Note: During holiday sales or promotions, processing may take slightly longer. You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships.

How Long Will Delivery Take?

Delivery time depends on your shipping method, destination, and whether your item is in stock, pre-order, or made to order.

SL Raw Virgin Hair does not offer overnight or guaranteed next-day shipping. Express delivery begins after your order is processed and shipped.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, customs clearance, carrier issues, holidays, or other events beyond our control.

Military Mail: APO/FPO/DPO addresses may take 15–20 business days.

What if my country does not show at checkout? If your country is not available at checkout, we are currently unable to ship there. Our shipping markets may be updated in the future, so we recommend checking back if your country is not currently listed.

Who Do You Ship With?

All orders ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

What Counts as a Business Day & When Should I Place My Order?
  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.
  • No shipping or delivery occurs on weekends.

Shipping Cutoff Times:

  • Standard: 3:00 PM EST
  • Express: 12:00 PM EST

Example: If you place an Express order after 12:00 PM EST on Wednesday, it begins processing Thursday, ships by Friday, and may arrive within 1–2 business days after shipping. Weekend delivery is not guaranteed.

What’s the Timeline for Pre-Orders or Custom Items?

Pre-Order Items (I-Tips, Wefts, Tape-ins):

  • Processing time: 10–14 business days
  • Then shipped via selected shipping method
  • The estimated arrival date is shown through your tracking details once shipped.

Made-to-Order Wigs:

  • Processing time: 21–30 business days
  • During holidays or backorders: up to 45 business days
  • These items are final sale and will ship when ready.
Shipping Costs & Carrier Responsibilities

USA Orders: A flat shipping rate of $8.99 applies to domestic orders under $250. Orders over $250 ship free within the U.S., excluding pre-orders and custom-made wigs.

International Orders: Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for their own shipping costs, which vary by destination. You will see all available shipping options and rates at checkout.

We offer flat-rate shipping options for lighter-weight international orders from 0 oz – 16 oz to simplify your checkout experience.

Carrier Responsibility: All shipments are FOB (Free on Board), meaning ownership and responsibility transfer to the customer once the package leaves our warehouse in Las Vegas, NV or Atlanta, GA. While we cannot guarantee the performance of third-party carriers, we’re happy to assist with any claims or delivery issues that may arise.

You will receive tracking by email once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to activate.

While we provide estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to weather, customs clearance, carrier issues, holidays, or other events beyond our control. SL Raw Virgin Hair is not responsible for delays once a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier.

Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages

All orders are shipped with tracking and delivery confirmation. If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package:

  • First, contact your local courier directly using the tracking number provided.
  • Ask if the package was left in a specific location, such as a porch, mailbox, building office, mailroom, or parcel locker.
  • Then email us at info@slrawvirginhair.com so we can document the incident.

Please note: SL Raw Virgin Hair is not responsible for packages that show a confirmed delivery by the carrier. This includes instances where the package was lost, stolen, or misdelivered after the carrier marked it as delivered to the address provided at checkout.

If your area has a history of missing or stolen packages, we strongly recommend using a secure delivery location such as a work address, mailroom, or parcel locker to ensure safe delivery.

Signature Policy

Most SL Raw Virgin Hair packages do not require a signature by default. Couriers will leave your order if they determine the delivery location is safe.

If you would like to request Signature Confirmation at delivery, you may select this option during checkout for a small additional fee.

In some cases, SL Raw Virgin Hair may add a signature requirement at our discretion, especially for high-value orders, pre-orders, or delivery areas with a history of package theft or misdelivery.

We strongly recommend using a secure shipping address, such as a work address, mailroom, or parcel locker, if you are concerned about safe delivery.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at checkout. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.

If you made a mistake or need to change the shipping address, email us immediately at info@slrawvirginhair.com. We will try our best to update your order, but we cannot guarantee any changes once the order begins processing.

If your order has already shipped to the incorrect address:

  • We must wait to see if the package is returned to our warehouse.
  • If it is returned, we can either reship it to your corrected address or issue a store credit via e-gift card.

SL Raw Virgin Hair is not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address if the incorrect information was provided by the customer.

Extra Shipping Charges: If you upgraded to Express shipping and your package was returned due to a wrong address, we cannot refund the upgraded shipping fee.

Undeliverable Packages / Return to Sender

If your package is returned to SL Raw Virgin Hair due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, unpaid customs fees, or refusal by the recipient, the customer is responsible for any return shipping charges incurred.

Returned packages will not be automatically reshipped. A new order must be placed to receive the items again.

Once the returned package is received in unused, original condition, you may be eligible for store credit only at our discretion. A 50% restocking fee will apply. Shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

Force Majeure

SL Raw Virgin Hair is not liable for delays or delivery failures caused by events outside of our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, customs delays, strikes, natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, or global health events.


Taxes & Duties

U.S. State Sales Taxes

Sales tax is collected on orders shipped to CA, NY, GA, TX, IL, PA, NJ, and any other states where required by law.

International Orders

All international orders ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means you are responsible for any import duties, tariffs, VAT, or customs clearance fees required by your country. These costs are not included in your checkout total. SL Raw Virgin Hair does not collect or control these charges, and they must be paid by the recipient before delivery can be completed.

Refused or Abandoned International Orders

If you refuse delivery or fail to pay required customs duties, your order may be returned to us or abandoned by the courier. In such cases, shipping costs, customs fees, and taxes are non-refundable. You may be eligible for store credit only, minus a 50% restocking fee, if the package is returned in original, unused condition.

Language of Record

This policy is written in English. In the event of translation discrepancies, the English version will take precedence.
