At SL Raw Virgin Hair, we take pride in providing ethically sourced, salon-quality hair extensions to customers around the world. Due to the intimate nature of our products and international shipping regulations, we follow strict guidelines to ensure hygiene, fairness, and clarity for all international orders.

Returns & Exchanges for International Orders
Can I return my international order?
International orders are final sale. Due to hygiene standards and cross-border customs restrictions, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on items shipped outside the United States.
What if I received the wrong item or my package is damaged?
If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, please contact our International Customer Care team within 3 business days of delivery at info@slrawvirginhair.com. Include your order number, photos, and a brief explanation. We’ll review your case and respond within 48 hours.
Can I exchange my international order for a different texture or length?
Exchanges are not permitted on international orders at this time. To ensure the right selection, we recommend using our Texture Matching Concierge and Color Matching Concierge before placing your order.
Do you refund shipping costs for international returns?
No. Shipping costs, customs fees, VAT, and any third-party courier fees are non-refundable. Any approved return must be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
Are refunds available if my package is returned to sender?
If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, unpaid customs, or rejection by your local courier, you may be eligible for store credit only once the item is returned to our U.S. warehouse in unused condition. A restocking fee will apply.
What if my international order is lost or never delivered?
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your local carrier directly. SL Raw Virgin Hair is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed to the shipping address provided.
Can I return custom or made-to-order items internationally?
No. Custom orders and made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable under any circumstances. Please verify all details before placing your order.
