What Items Are Eligible for Return?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on eligible items that meet all the following conditions:
- Unopened, unused, and untampered with
- In original packaging with tags intact
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
- A 50% restocking fee applies

You must upload photo proof of item(s) in original, unused condition.
Which Items Are Final Sale?
The following items are considered non-refundable and final sale. These purchases are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
- Items purchased during Semi-Annual Sales, Holiday Promotional Sales, or Clearance Events
- Bundle Deals or Trio Sets
- Pre-Order Items and Made-to-Order Products
- Items marked “Sold As Is”
- Sanitary Hair Tools & Accessories, including combs, brushes, satin bonnets, scarves, clips, and microbeads
These items are flagged in our system and will not display return options in the self-serve return portal.
How Are Refunds Issued?
Once your return is inspected and approved, you have two options:
- Store Credit: You will receive the full value of your returned item(s) as an SL Raw Hair e-gift card. Shipping fees are not included in the credit.
- Original Payment Refund: A 50% restocking fee will be deducted from the product value. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds and store credit are sent to the email address used at checkout. Store credit cannot be converted into cash.
What If I Received the Wrong or Damaged Item?
Please inspect your order within 2 days of delivery. If you received an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, follow these steps:
- Email sales@slrawvirginhair.com within 2 days with photos clearly showing the issue, your order number, and a brief description.
- Our team will review your claim and provide return instructions.
- The item must be returned for inspection before a replacement or store credit can be issued.
- Items not reported within 2 days of delivery are ineligible for claims.
Terms & Conditions
All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and ultimately at the discretion of SL Raw Virgin Hair. Items must be in unused, untampered condition to qualify.
- We reserve the right to reject any return that appears worn, altered, or improperly handled.
- Customers with excessive or irregular return patterns may be denied future transactions.
- Return abuse, “hair switching,” or fraudulent behavior will be flagged and reported.
- In some cases, we may request additional details or personal verification, including images, before processing.

Additional Return & Exchange Policy Notes
Return Window
We accept U.S. customer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery on eligible items. All items must be unused, unopened, untampered with in any way, and in original packaging with tags intact. Returns must be approved before being sent back.
Return Process
To start a return, log into your customer account at slrawvirginhair.com/account. Follow the self-serve prompts and upload photo proof of your items. Only eligible items will be visible in the return portal.
Refund Options
Once your return is inspected and approved, you may choose one of the following refund options:
- Store Credit: Receive the full product value as an SL Raw Hair e-gift card. No restocking fee applies.
- Original Payment Refund: A 50% restocking fee will be deducted from the product value.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Store credit and refunds are sent to the email address used at checkout, and store credit cannot be converted into cash.
Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be inspected once received. If the item does not meet our eligibility criteria, it will not be approved, and the customer will be notified by email. We will contact you to confirm your preferred refund method before processing.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as SL Raw Virgin Hair is not liable for lost or untraceable returns.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items purchased during semi-annual sales
- Holiday promotional sale items
- Clearance event items
- Bundle deals and sets
- Pre-order items/ Made-to-order items
- Custom items
- Items marked “Sold As Is”
- Hair samples
- Sanitary hair tools and accessories, including combs, brushes, bonnets, clips, and microbeads
Final sale items will not display return options in the self-serve return portal.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of delivery. Email sales@slrawvirginhair.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos clearly showing the item and concern.
The item must be returned for inspection before a replacement or store credit can be issued. Items not reported within 2 days of delivery are ineligible for claims.
Unauthorized Returns
Any returned items that do not meet our eligibility requirements will not be refunded or returned to the customer. SL Raw Virgin Hair is not responsible for unauthorized returns sent without approval.
Lost or Unclaimed Packages
SL Raw Virgin Hair is not responsible for domestic or international packages that are marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. This includes packages that are lost, stolen, unclaimed, or discarded by the postal service after confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.
These situations do not qualify for a return, refund, or replacement.
Policy Enforcement
All returns and exchanges are handled at the discretion of SL Raw Virgin Hair. We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer showing signs of return abuse, hair switching, fraud, or excessive return activity. By purchasing, you agree to the conditions outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
International Orders: Final Sale Policy
International Orders
International orders are final sale. Due to strict cross-border hygiene regulations and customs restrictions, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any items shipped outside the United States. This policy is without exception and non-negotiable.
Return to Sender Packages
If an international order is returned to our U.S. warehouse due to an incorrect address, unpaid customs fees, or courier rejection, you may be eligible for store credit only at our discretion. Items must be in original, unused condition. A 50% restocking fee will apply. Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
International Exchanges
We do not offer international exchanges for different textures, colors, or lengths. To help ensure the right choice before purchasing, please use our Texture Matching Concierge and Color Matching Concierge when available.
International Lost or Unclaimed Packages
SL Raw Virgin Hair is not responsible for international packages once marked as delivered. We are also not responsible for packages held, rejected, abandoned, or discarded by customs or the local courier.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
All custom items and made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable internationally. Please review all details carefully before purchasing.
Language of Record
This policy is written in English. In the event of translation discrepancies, the English version will take precedence.
